  Worst experience ever no one responds or gets back to you. They say one thing and then do another. In I started this process with them on March 8th. Between March and May I worked with them and my accountant to gather all necessary documents. In May they said they were filing a claim after they reviewed all my documents. They even gave me a dollar figure I would expect for the periods I was qualified for. I reached out multiple times between May 25th and August 1st no one responded to my emails. Finally I got upset with there terrible practices and now they say they wont be filing a claim because I got upset with them. Avoid them and go with someone else. I paid these guys a retainer and invested hours of research and paid my accountant thousands to get them everything they needed. These people are *** ******. These people are as shady as they come. Do not Trust them with your accounting or anything with your taxes. Let my terrible experience be a testimony for bad business and faith. They do not know what they are doing. Now the partner of this firm wont send my refund, my zip file of all my tax documents I submitted, nor will he send a disengagement letter until I remove this review. I am demanding they be investigated for fraud! I will be filing a claim with the attorney general of the State of *************. If they are trying to withhold all my tax documents refund and engagement just because they want to hide there awful practices and prevent me from posting this review imagine what they are willing to do with your tax documents and paperwork. Stay AWAY! They are trying to hold me hostage and wont release my paperwork. STAY AWAY FROM THE *** *********. I have attached the proof here from our email thread.

  We agree this was a bad engagement. After you provided inaccurate and misleading information, my team determined we were not comfortable with your tax position. We discussed with you at great length why we arrived at our conclusion, and as licensed tax practitioners, we will not sign off on claims that are not valid. At that point, you became combative with our team.
  
  We attempted to resolve your issues through a disengagement, including refunding fees. After multiple conversations where you were vulgar, threatening, and abusive to team members, we received an e-mail demanding $10,000 in damages.
  
  Shortly after receiving the most vulgar e-mail we've seen in 30 years of doing business; we received a one-star ****** review and a BBB compalint. We have thousands of delighted clients and always try and do the right thing when situations don't work out as planned.   I am not satisfied with the response from this business. They are withholding a refund from me because I posted a bad review. They lied to me about my erc then neglected me for 3 months until I posted a bad review and are now withholding refund because of it.
