    I submitted a CADC application and paid a fee of $125 by check which cleared my checking acct on 09/21/23. It was check number *** from ********* ****. I haven't heard from them regarding my application at all and have e-mailed and left several voicemails in regards to an update on my CADC application. Every single time I call the phone number listed on their website which is mbsacc.com at #***-***-**** nobody ever answers the phone and I have left at least 6 voicemails and e-mailed also about six times. I feel that this company has taken my $125.00 and has no intention of contacting me about my application.

    Please be informed that the consumer was sent an email on March 28, 2024 informing the consumer that the Application had been accepted.  The email contained two attachments one of which was a Test Form for the consumer to fill out and the other was an Information Sheet to provide general testing information with regard to the testing process an protocols.  A copy of this email, along with the attachments, will be sent directly to the consumer today 4/1/2024.  Thank you.
