    Have used them for a few years with never any issue. This time their machine in the truck was not working correctly. They apparently used the other machine with the pet stain repellant with no additional. The machine seemed to work but it seemed awful damp. Thought nothing of it but it did take until the next day to try. Normally never takes that long. Started to pick up a faint odor to all areas of the ****** that just got stronger. Called them back a few weeks later as the smell was getting worst, figured they work take care of it. Boy was I wrong, basically told me I waited too long to call, nothing they could do. I thought it would dissipate. It was a musty smell like stagnant water. When the lady called back, she did not talk about the moldy odor, tried to blame for a pet peeing on it. Maybe she was confused but would avoid going forward.Just an FYI for all - they changed the story. I told her a week and musty. So, if you have a problem, you will get no help. Always remember loyal customers are hard to come by.
