I have grave concerns about the well-being and safety of my son, ******* under the care of your organization.
******* has faced significant challenges throughout his life, including a traumatic brain injury at the age of 16, subsequent legal issues, and struggles with addiction and mental health. As you may be aware, ******* is a vulnerable adult who is often taken advantage of by others, including being bullied, manipulated, and exploited for financial gain.
******* has unfortunately become addicted to cocaine, exacerbating his already complex situation. Despite my efforts to provide him with the necessary support and care, I have observed Winners Choice enabling his destructive behavior rather than assisting him in meaningful ways. It is distressing to see an organization entrusted with the well-being of vulnerable individuals fail to fulfill its responsibilities.
I am deeply troubled by Winners Choice's disregard for *******'s best interests, as evidenced by their actions in facilitating the transfer of his payee away from me without proper consultation or consideration of his needs. This has resulted in a lack of essential support services for *******, including healthcare, transportation, and housing assistance, among others.
Should ******* suffer any harm, whether physical or otherwise, as a result of your organization's negligence or misconduct, I will pursue both criminal and civil action against Winners Choice and its representatives.
I urge you to thoroughly investigate the practices and procedures of Winners Choice to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under your care, including *******. It is imperative that your organization upholds its duty to provide appropriate support and assistance to vulnerable individuals, rather than contributing to their exploitation and harm.
I do not believe this business or its employees are licensed properly or at all in order to run a mental health facility.
