      I drove from west palm beach to nyc during this drive I needed to rest. I checked in by myself January 7, 2023 to the days inn *** **** *** *** ****** ********. Upon entering my room first thing I did was notice a roach crawling behing the t.v. second thing I noticed was 3 long hairs underneath the first quilt. My hair is short and I hadn't dared to lay down before checking for bedbugs. I took video and pictures. I told the front desk whom gave me another room which was just as filthy so I gave back the card and asked for a refund. She said she could not process because the manager Mr. Bahdi had to do refunds but apparently he was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. When I finally got a hold of Mr Bahdi he was not to incline to provide help with a refund. $97.80 was charged to my Bank of America and a refund is still unsure 20 days later. I left their hotel and stayed at a beautiful clean hampton inn for almost $170.00 for one night. Im entitled to my refund. And also not to be taken advantage of.

We apologize that the property did not meet the guest's expectations of our brand's high standard of guest service. The property has resolved the situation with the guest via a full refund on January 7th for $97.80, card ending ****.  Please have the guest check with her Bank if she does not see the refund.
