    I purchased a shadow-box style fence in July 2022 - contractor arrived and said they couldn't do - installed a traditional privacy fence but left with all of the remaining materials. I had to contact ******. This would have made a clear difference in the cost, but ****** claimed they needed the resources back from the installer. After about a month, I finally received my refund, that I needed to go to the store to receive - once the fence was installed, keep in mind I was out of town when they completed it, I noticed one of our security cameras was not working. turns out the installers drilled through the cable, which meant I needed to pay to have that fixed, which I did. I called the security company and paid $120 to have them come to my home and fix the camera the installers broke. when my wife and I returned home we noticed there were pickets with mold, missing nails, and a ************ with a gap. the mold cannot be removed. - I called ****** and spoke with managers that refused to offer any solution. they stated this was the "only" installer in my "area", and basically needed to stick with them, even though I requested a different installer, due to the many issues already encountered - I called ****** many times and spoke with different managers, all who said they would call me back, but didn't. - when a manager was able to get a hold of the contractor ****** told me that they would be at my home on Fri 1/6 between 1pm - 3pm. the contractor never showed. after rearranging my work day to ensure availability, they stood me up. - Faretta Remodeling is the contracting company and they are beyond unprofessional - it is now Dec 21, 2022 and I am still waiting for my fence to be fixed - Lowes doesn't want to help and the contractor is not interested in honoring their warranty.
