Bryan knocked on my door on 11/1 asking about my driveway. I agreed to pay $500 for him to sealcoat my driveway. I noticed the next evening that there were leaves sealed overtop, he sprayed weeds on my driveway, edges weren't completely done and cracking. I called to have him come out, he said he'd try to swing by Friday morning. Bryan didn't show, I called him at lunchtime, he said he was on his way. After waiting about two hours, I called him again. He said he was doing a driveway about twenty minutes away. My daughter was outside when he arrived and was showing him what we aren't happy with. He got mad and started screaming at her, called her names, said our driveway looked like shit before and said he wasn't going to be disrespected. He refused to take responsibility for the cracking sealant, the leaves he coated onto the driveway, the poor edging. He screamed profanities at my daughter and berated her, calling her names and telling her she's a dirtbag. He told her she wasn't even there when he did it. She said she wasn't, she was at work and asked if he always tries to take advantage of old ladies. He refused to let her get me from inside, and continued to scream at her. He told her "you don't know who you're messing with". Once his girlfriend got in the truck he left telling my daughter "you're messing with the wrong guy". He won't take my phone call.

This i This is complete nonsense their driveway did look very bad before I touched it I sealed it by hand I edged it I used correct product the woman the daughter that was not even present when I was doing the job I did it for her mother they were arguing on the phone back-and-forth about who to do it who not to do it but the mother said it was her home and her decision. The next day I got a call from her daughter stating that there was sealer coming up on the driveway. So I did stop by the next day I cannot help that she wanted me there the 2nd she wanted me there I have a business to run. But I did show up like not any other people do I showed up I went and seen what her complaint was And her complaint was that sealer was coming up off the driveway but it was not coming off the driveway it was coming off of dirt that you cannot see a lover and I can no one can do anything about unless they get a new driveway. When I showed up she started to disrespect me telling me that I do terrible work and that I scammed her mother. Which I only charge your mother $500 to put $200 worth a crack filler and $200 worth a sealer so if you think that's a scam then I don't know what to do she's just unhappy that her mother spent the money that she wanted to spend . Me and my girlfriend clean off the driveway which took us about an hour to do there was so much stuff on the driveway oil spray paint cans wood etc.. So please call me at ********** I am totally against this BB complaint and i want to Sue her for deformation.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My grandson came outside with my daughter on speaker phone while I was talking with Bryan, we were NOT arguing. My daughter said the driveway needs dug up and redone, Bryan said it does not. My driveway has dips and has a lot of cracks, as it is over 30 years old. I called two days (Thursday) later asking him to come, he said he would try to swing by in the morning. My daughter never talked to him on the phone. I was expecting him to come or atleast call, so I called to see if he was stopping, as I had other things to do. He said he was on his way, but when I called back later he was doing someone else's driveway. My daughter happened to be outside when Bryan got there and she showed him the area around the garage that was peeling and wasn't to the edges. Pictures of area were sent with original complaint. Bryan got upset that mistakes were being pointed out to him and began screaming and cursing my daughter. Despite Bryan's screaming, cursing and name calling, my daughter never raised her voice and she called him sir. He refused to talk to me. He then told my daughter that she "doesn't know who she's messing with". He claimed that my daughter is a dirtbag because she lives here. When leaving he also told her that she's "messing with the wrong guy". My reason for asking him back was to get the job completed. He wouldn't take my call after he left. My daughter is on my bank account and has complete access, so obviously she's not upset about $500. I am dissatisfied with Bryan's demeanor towards my daughter and the job he performed. My daughter and I acknowledge that he blew the leaves off the driveway before he started, but he failed to clear the leaves that fell afterward. We also acknowledge the driveway had wood and other items on it. There was dirt and sediment that washed down the driveway with previous rain and settled around the garage and end of the driveway. That was sealed over instead of being removed. Had he not gotten his feelings hurt, we could have resolved this that same day.
