      My elderly mother ordered 50mg gummies but received 25mg gummies instead which was cheaper. We contacted customer service and ended up speaking with a rude representative that was argumentative and spoke in circles. He confirmed that they sent the cheaper product intentionally because they product she ordered was back ordered for 2 weeks. She was responsible to return them and was responsible for shipping costs that came to $15.99 when it was their mistake. The rep said that was their policy and threatened to hang up on us when we voiced our concerns.

      Difficult to speak to a real person when contacting customer service and when I did, i got a string of excuses promises and discounts
      Noone takes responsibility when product isnt deliveted. It took 2 months. Will not recommed or use again.

      I ordered from this company's website on March 7, 2024. It is now two months later and I'm still waiting for my CBD. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, all I received are excuses the that product is on backorder followed with empty promises my order will ship in five days. When I called to cancel on April 24, I was offered a 35% discount and was once again told the product will arrive in five days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It did not arrive. Called today to cancel the order completely and was put on perpetual hold only to be disconnected, twice. Following that, I sent an e-mail to customer no-service to cancel the order completely and requested a refund of my money (which was immediately charged on the order date). Again, I will wait to see what happens. The BBB gives this company very poor scores. I would agree.

      When I ordered my gummies I did have to wait a very long time to receive them...but it was well worth the wait! I've suffered from insomnia since I was in kindergarten...First to keep from wetting the bed. from then on I was unable to turn off my brain, so to speak.
      When I received the gummies, I took them not really expecting the amazing awareness that they really worked! I shared them with my daughter who was having so much stress and she also swears by them.
      I am here to reorder. It's a shame that so many people were put off by the wait instead of the product itself.. I am thankful.
