    Paid for an entire year of twice weekly trash service. Trash service was cut to once a week and has since stopped all together for close to 2 months now. We’ve reached out via phone, facebook, and email with no response and still no trash service.

    We contracted with this company in the fall, and paid a year in advance about $250.00. They stopped their service about 3 weeks ago. No letter, no phone call, just didn't pick up the trash. We saw a notice on our local Myersville Facebook page that this company took down their website & were not answering their phone, along with suddenly stopping service. They owe us the balance of what we paid. How do we get it back?

    B&E trash from Adamstown MD took $270 from us in Jul for a years worth of trash pickup twice a week. now they dont pickup or answer phone or texts.

    contracted service was for two pick ups a week, with the fee of 210 for 12 months with 2 free when paid in frull. I did that. Service started great, and by 3 months in, there was always somehting. We were patient and hoping to support a small business. Before Christmas, service was cut to one pick up a week, per the business facebook page. No other communication to let us know. Again, we were patinent and willing to adjust. I have not had service now since the week after Chritmas. No one answers texts, calls or emails. I would like refunded for Jan -Oct 2024 that I am not receiving service for.

    I paid for one year worth of trash removal service. The pick up is every Wednesday so far I have had no service on the dates of 2/7/24, 1/31/24, 12/27/23, 12/13/23, 12/6/23. I have sent emails, text messages, ******** message and called. All of which have been ignored. I would like a refund for services not rendered.

    B&E Trash, Adamstown, MD - 240-255-0745 USDOT - 4085475 New start-up trash service took 1 year payment in full from many, many people for trash service. We paid him $210 on August 10, 2023 for a full year with service starting on September 1, 2023 Service was for twice weekly. They came through for about 1 month and then started once a week. We were okay with that. Trash pick-up was provided only one time in November, December and January. We would like our money back or services provided, however, owner will not respond to texts, emails or phone calls.

    Paid in full for 14 months of trash service, starting Sept 1, 2023. I also paid for a new trash can. Bradley **** said if I paid in full for 12 months they would add an additional 2 for a total of 14 months. They completely stopped coming by Jan 1, 2024. I called, left messages and voicemails with no contact back. There are many people saying the same thing happened to them as well. They have deleted my comments on their ******** page.

    I paid $210 to B&E Trash Services in November 2023 to begin service in December of 2023. Trash service was to be twice a week for a total of 14 months. To date, trash may have been picked up a total of two times. Owner changed from twice weekly pickups to once weekly pickups immediately after my payment was made. Excuses, lies and no communication is what I received.

    Failure to offer services prepaid for the year. Trash has not been picked up since 12/28/23- today is not 1/6/24. Contacted over all contact sources with no response for over a week. Now block on account profiles. No response of any kind. We are still owed over $166 of services prepaid that is being requested for refund. Please see attached documents.
