On May 24th 2023 i went to safe n sound to get a radio i bought from ****** installed and tints on my car i paid 360 dollars upon returning i noticed white marks on the driver side window, i was not really concerned but I did think it was strange the radio worked fine but yesterday while driving the radio glitched to where it needed to be restarted and the only way to restart it is to turn the car off and back on i turned the key and took it out only to see my radio still on with the engine off which means they hooked the radio up directly to my battery....which is draining my battery when i popped the hood i seen the red cord upon calling to ask why they did i was told i need a receipt when i don't have one and that they "don't normally do that"

We're very sorry to hear about the issues you are having. We pride ourselves in our professional installations and connecting a radio directly to the battery is both unprofessional and potentially dangerous. It is very unlikely that our technicians installed it that way. We are more than happy to review the installation in case a mistake was made but as written on the receipt that you signed, as well as several signs in the store, we cannot do any warranty work without the receipt. The receipt we provide our customers details exactly what we did so without the receipt, there is no way to prove what work we did on your vehicle. We can still check the installation to see if we can fix the issue, but without the receipt it will cost our diagnostic fee. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any more concerns.
