    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Blue Crab Antiques, also known as Sailors Return Auctions, operated by ******* *****, located at ************************************. Their contact details are: Phone: ************, Email: ********************************************** Website: www.sailorsreturnantqieus.com.On January 11, 2025, I shipped handmade Damascus steel knives to ******* ***** for consignment, under an agreement that the items would be sold with a 50% commission taken by the auction house. The shipment was sent via **** with tracking numbers **********************, **********************, and **********************, and was delivered successfully.Despite multiple follow-ups, I received minimal updates. On February 21, 2025, ******* ***** finally responded, claiming that the knives had not been sold yet and requested my seller information. I promptly provided the requested information. However, after that, he ceased responding to all communication attempts.Shockingly, on the same day, February 21, 2025, he later denied any knowledge of me, the agreement, or receiving the knives, despite clear proof of delivery and our prior communications. The total value of the knives is over $1,500.I am requesting the immediate return of my products or full compensation for their value.
