    ***** *********** (***** *****) leased ************************ for 7 months in 2024. We paid on time every month & obtained signed APPROVAL of timely notice to vacate on 03 Oct 2024 from service manager **** ****. We moved out 03 Nov 2024 & obtained check-out sheet for turned in keys that day from office personnel ***. **** *** office manager sent the account ******** to highly disreputable collection firm ****** ******** (** ref. *******) for $7,113.89. This is erroneous. On 02 Dec 2024, after receiving copy of Mr. ****** vacate notice APPROVAL from us, **** *** provided us a signed statement BALANCE WILL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THAT NO MONEY IS OWED & assured us she would rescind/clear the ** collection notice. However, on phone call to Nautilus office on 20 Dec 2024 to obtain $350 deposit return, office personnel A.B. indicated the account still reflected balance due to them & ** notice still active. This is erroneous & constitutes unethical business practices. The office personnels disorganized ******************* or unwillingness to follow through to correct this situation affects our financial well-being. Dr. *********** need our credit returned to unblemished status, cessation of collections actions by ****** ********, the record at Nautilus/Bainbridge corrected to zero owed, & the return of our deposit of $350.
