    On Dec. 26, 2023, I returned purchased headphones at the Annapolis AT&T portables store located in the Westfield Mall space number 1325. The amount was for 264.95. I still have the receipt for that amount and the receipt for the purchase.. However, the credit amount was NEVER actually credited back to my card (debit card) and I can show proof of that. I have also called my bank who verified that they do not see a transaction for that amount to be placed back on my card. Attempts to resolve with the store have been fruitless. The management has been unavailable and apathetic. The sales people just tell me there is nothing they can do about it .They have referred me to a customer service number that only deals with AT&T subscribers not storefront customers. It is appalling how I cannot resolve this. I paid $264.95 for headphones I returned and have a receipt for but now I **** ******* *** ********** *** *** ******* * **** ***** ***** ** *** ***** *** ******* *** ***** *** *** ****** *** * ****** *** ****** *o right this wrong. After I once spoke with the manager, I never heard back from her. The phone number to the store-the one listed on their website- only works sone of the time. An email to the district store manager bounced back as being blocked. I have become powerless to get my money back. It is so hard to believe that a business that has a reputable company like AT&T's name on it, can be so unresponsive and unprofessional. It is unacceptable.
