    I, ****** *******, attended an invitation luncheon on November 29, 2023, hosted by Living Health Intregrated Medicine, LLC. The company introduced a therapy to reduce neuropothy. Since I have had a stroke and am paralyzed on my right side, and I am in constant pain; I was very interested. The company, representive Michelle, claims that Medicare will cover the offered procedures. I and my daughter, ***** *****, were concerned about the cost. We contacted Medicare and they do not cover any of the therapies, for my particular policy, that this company is offering. We have cancelled the appointement, however, the company will not refund the money. At the luncheon, the company offers a discount if you sign up, but you have to pay on the spot. As soon as I got home, we checked with Medicare and the only way that this type of therapy is covered is if the machine is a take home unit. Living Health Integrative Medicine does not offer this type of unit, The fact that I was told Medicare covers this treatment, and they do not, I have requested cancellation and a refund. This treatment is unobtainable for me without help from Medicare. Michelle, at Living Health Intregated Medicine , LLC .; told my daughter that Medicare is mistaken and that they do cover the procedure and that they will not refund her money, I have to disagree with Michelle, when my mother called they ask for her Medicare specific number and check what is covered. Medicare recommeds that the member check about coveage before seeking treatment. At this time, I am requesting a full refund for the monies paid at the luncheon. I am a person in great pain due from the stroke and people like me will do almost anything if someone is claiming to help you with your pain, Due to the fact the company offers a discount if you sign up right away (high pressure) and the fact that Medicare will not pay; I am requesting a full refund ( which she paid cash and did not get a reciept). In addition, my daughter tried to file a complaint with BBB and she found this website; **************** which directed her to Living Health Integrative Medicine, LLC. The webiste says she has been blocked because of too many complaints???? She then went direclty to the BBB website.

    Ms. ******* agreed that she would come to the office, since she would be in the area, to pick up her refund, since she paid cash. 

    The front desk staff is prepared to assist Ms. ******* upon arrival.

    I have unsubscribed from email solicitations from Living Health Integrative Medicine in Annapolis, MD on multiple occasions. I have also called the establishment, and requested that they cease all email and text solicitations on at least two occasions. I am requesting that all electronic communications from this company to the email and phone number on file cease immediately, and for company to permanently delete my contact information from their system of record.
