On June 25th, SW Wheelz sent me an invoice for $2400 for wheel and tire repairs. On July 8th, I paid $1,560. On July 29th, my warranty company paid ********. ****** *****, the owner of SW Wheelz said he would refund me in which I am due a refund of $959.80. I been trying to get my refund from him for over a month. He used an excuse and said Quickbooks is holding up his payment in which he did not get paid but Assurant confirmed that he was paid on July 29th. This company is operating in bad faith and had not been intentional about righting a wrong, this is very poor customer service.

We have been paying ******** by Venmo for her $859.80 she stated in email it needed to be paid by the 30th of this month we have paid we now owe her $709.80 which will be attended to pay this week. And yes it is true that her refund money had gotten caught up in a hold situation with quick books out previous registry due to a customer doing fraud and putting everything in a jam. But ******** will definitely have the rest of her funds this week.
