    This practice wants you to pay a ton of money up front for services, even when I have two dental insurances and they both pay anywhere from 50%-100% for all the procedural codes that was given to me. I have used them before for other family member procedures and refused to pay until they submitted it to both insurance companies and they agreed. But this time they just down right refused to do this and cancelled my appointment and my son's appointment. One of the dental insurances told me to not pay the amount they wanted up front because they had a contract with them and they knew what both my plans paid since they were in network. Plus a previous review stated they had to wait like 6 months to get their money back from them. Look else where! Poor customer service!
