    I am currently working with Live Buyers, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. When they say it works, it truly does, but like anything worthwhile, it requires time and effort from both parties involved.

    Signed up but was sent leads that were either dead ends or told me they never asked for my services. The owner of the company told me it was because I wasn’t trained sufficiently. I have been business building for over 25 years, I don’t think that was the problem. I cancelled my subscription BUT they pulled money anyway and said I didn’t cancel soon enough, and refused to refund AND told BBB it was in the contract what to do when cancelling. I even got a referral from them SUPPOSEDLY from Donald T****. A TOTAL SCAM.

    Upon reviewing your account and the circumstances surrounding your experience, I understand your frustrations regarding the quality of leads received and the cancellation process. Please allow me to provide further clarity on the matter.
    According to our records, you originally signed up for a managed PPC campaign targeting listing leads with us on June 26th, 2023, billed quarterly. The account renewed in accordance with our terms and conditions on September 26th, 2023.
    After your account was renewed, you reached out to us on September 29th, 2023, requesting cancellation due to perceived issues with the leads provided. I want to clarify that I am not the owner of the company, but I did offer guidance based on our experience with successful clients who implement multiple follow-up efforts with our leads. However, I understand that our approach may not have aligned with your expectations.
    Subsequently, on October 2nd, 2023, you expressed dissatisfaction and threatened to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau unless a refund was issued. Regrettably, our policy states that refunds cannot be provided due to the pass-through nature of funding your ad-spend account. Nevertheless, I offered to schedule a Zoom campaign review to address your concerns directly, which unfortunately you declined.
    It's important to note that the ad campaign ran until its scheduled end date on December 26th, 2023. During this period, the campaign generated a total of 2,684 impressions, 251 unique visits, and 37 exclusive listing leads. While we acknowledge that not all leads may have met your expectations, our data also indicates successful outcomes from our campaigns.
    I remain committed to addressing your concerns and am more than willing to schedule a Zoom meeting to review the leads in detail and discuss any further questions or concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at 410-******** to arrange a suitable time.
    Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Your satisfaction is important to us, and I am here to assist you in any way I can.

    Mike L**** is fantastic to work with! If you have an issue, he addresses it competently and promptly. In this era when people hide behind their computers, Mike actually answers phone calls, returns phone calls, and knows how to carry on a professional, yet friendly, conversation to get the job done. What a refreshing change from today's norm! LiveBuyers has paid off for me, but only because I've worked the leads, and Mike has worked with me to adjust things along the way. It's been a good team effort.
