      When I signed up at this school they asked for a down payment which I gave $1.4k. I informed them I was applying for a ***** that will cover the whole tuition and shippers told me theyd refund my down payment in MARCH. Its now July and I have been calling them and calling them and they keep giving me a new date Ill get my refund but it never happens. Since theyve had it 4 months now, Id like to receive $5.6k since Ive had to now be late on my credit cards and pay late fees because they wont refund my money. I dont feel like its unreasonable to settle for that much because rent alone is more than the original down payment I gave. Im going to attach the ***** paper as proof I received the ***** and they owe me the down payment. I dont have a receipt for the down payment but I do have credit and debit card statements that show it.

      Mr. ***** enrolled in a class in March and paid a deposit of $1,400. Subsequently, he requested to transfer to a later class to apply for a ***** to cover his tuition. The ***** was approved on May 14, and we received the confirmation from the *****ing agency on May 24, just four days after he started classes. We invoiced the agency on the same day.

      We informed Mr. ***** that a refund would be processed once the *****ing agency settled the invoice. This policy is in place to ensure that students are fully paid before graduation, as an outstanding balance could affect his testing schedule for the ***. Additionally, we explained that all refunds are processed within 30 days.

      The *****ing agency paid the invoice on July 8, and we are now processing the refund of the $1,400 overpayment, which will be sent shortly. It is important to note that the school accepted a lower amount from the *****ing agency than what Mr. ***** would have paid independently. Any late fees or interest incurred on his credit card are not the schools responsibility.

      We did not initiate Mr. ****** transfer, nor do we control the timing of payments from *****ing agencies. We remain compliant with our policies, which Mr. ***** was informed of at the time of enrollment. Lastly, we are pleased to confirm that Mr. ***** successfully completed the course and obtained his CDL license.
