    I purchased an item from this company using a specific part number. Upon my search, the exact item I needed came up in both part number and photograph. Once I received the part, even the box was correct as to what I needed. But when I opened it, I saw immediately that it was the wrong part. I contacted them with pictures and order information to request a shipping label to return the item, and I received one. I own and operate a marine servicing business and this part was for a customer, so I ended up having to order the part from elsewhere since my customer was in a hurry to leave on their trip. I shipped the item back and tracking shows that they received it on the 4th of April. I have contacted Keith ****** via email multiple times to see about the status of my refund, but to no avail. So I had my wife call today, first time he wasn’t in until noon. She called back at 12:30(when her break was) and they said he had left for about an hour and a half. He never called back and still hasn’t responded to my emails, which leads me to believe that although they received their product back for resale, my refund is of no concern to them. I am a one man shop and have a family to feed, so the $189.99 that they refuse to refund is food off my families table. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The full refund was initialized on May 12th.  The customer should have the funds deposited into his account with 1-2 business days.  The returned merchandise was sent to a third party shipper, and we were not aware of the delivery of the return until May 12th, when I received an email from the customer on that same day.  Once I confirmed the return delivery, I immediately initiated the refund.  The customer was sent an email confirmation of the refund, prior to making this complaint.
