  They do not deliver orders in a timely fashion at all, always a production supply issue. Years ago it took months to get an order delivered. I stopped ordering directly to give them time to resolve all the issues they said they were having with supply chain, they assured me at the time the problem would be resolved for future order. I started ordering their products (because I do love their production from places like Amazon and Paper Source. I recently decided to go back to ordering directly as I assumed their issues were fixed and they were back up and running efficiently (as they send out a promotional email almost every day to order from them sometimes texts too? if they don't have the supply) 3 days after I placed my order and they took my money I got an email saying that some of the products I ordered were not available at this time and would ship when they were and that it was up to me to go to their site next week and ask that what was available ship and that the others would ship at a later date. But when would that be, days? weeks? or months like it was a few years ago? They didn't say... It's all so frustrating

  Frey has great products. I started with laundry detergent and now us many of the personal care products. Occasionally they get an order wrong but no worries! They have SUPER customer service. I had gotten a fabric softener instead of laundry detergent in my order. They fixed it right away and I didn't have to send the softener back. Plus for every order, they plant a tree. Their products are wonderful and natural.

  While placing an order today I worked with an amazing customer service rep named Amanda. She was helpful, efficient, kind, knowledgeable... she was everything you could ever ask for in a customer service agent. Not only only does Frey have amazing products but they also have amazing people working for them too! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not use this company for all of your laundry and personal product needs. I will be using them for many more years to come.

  Not only are the products incredible, but Frey has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are friendly, quickly to solve issues that they have control over, and have incredible follow-up communication for issues that might be out of their control. 10/10. No notes. Just customer loyalty. WAY TO GO, FREY!!

  First off, a HUGE thank you to Amanda for exceptional customer service!! I goofed up order process and she helped tons with her understanding and patience. Have tried **** laundry detergent when visiting my daughter. Let's just say it was the start of many more visits! ****'s products are wonderfully scented, clean and fresh! And they're eco-friendly sold in concentrate form. Have decided to try their skincare products as well. So looking forward to my own order! Check back for reviews 😁

  Frey's customer service is what every company should strive to achieve. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure I have an exceptional experience and that my needs as a customer are met. There have been a few mishaps with shipping problems or product defects - however, anytime a problem or issue occurs, Frey has been there to make it right usually the day I inquire about my issue.

  Absolutely love these products and customer service. As someone who is hard of hearing, being able to text with their support team is incredibly helpful and much quicker than most email and site chat options. They have also been super helpful with helping me select products if I am looking for something that doesn't come in a certain set. They have always made it work. On top of that, I have always enjoyed the rewards and coupons that come through as well as being able to wow my guests with the woodsy scent of my throws and blankets. I have been using these products for a few years as a special treat to myself and have always enjoyed being able to rely on their customer support which is hands down one of the best to work with.

  The product is great, it feels good to help the environment, and the customer service has been top notch. When i've had issues they are easy to text or email, and they have helped with refunds and navigating their subscribe and save program in a professional, polite, and efficient manner. Amanda was particularly helpful!
