    I have nothing but good things to say about sheehy Lexus thus far. I purchased a used Lexus from them in late March early April 2024. The sales rep Mathew **** was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and extremely professional. Since then I have had some minor issues with the car, such as a noise in the front wheel etc. Jason the service coordinator was top notch in customer service and handled our issues expeditiously. I was there again today for a scheduled service and brakes. I had a loaner and when I returned it I left some important items in the car. The loaner was sent out with another customer without valet checking it or obviously cleaning it, this is one of my only complaints. Then when I called to have the locate the items the first lady in lost and found was pleasant, Jason from service was pleasant, but the next lady I spoke with was short and seemed very annoyed that I had called three times, but My items were of extreme importance so I believe she could have shown a bit more empathy. That would be my last complaint at this time. But overall this place has great employees and I am happy I purchased here...
