  Homeowners beware! I scheduled an estimate for pressure washing house and fence, staining fence, deck with a few other items. Monica showed up on time ready to go after a few schedule changes. We had an Indepth conversation about the scope of work. Specifically, regarding the fence. Pressure washing, staining the fence in its entirety. I confirmed access was granted on both sides by neighbors. I joked that she would probably get a follow up job, as in the past, the neighbors usually move forward to do the same with their portion. At first glance the estimate was high. She then "noticed" an area she had "accidently" over charged, corrected and applied a discount offer, which brought it down by over $1,500.00. Hmmm...now the estimate was more in my budget. She was polite and very personable, so I moved forward. Upon receiving and reading the contract, I noticed an exclusion area the stated the estimate did not include the exterior of the fence, neighbors' sides nor back. It only included the interior of the fence. I approached her with it, and she said recalled the conversation but said she did not interpret it as I wanted the whole fence done. I asked her to add it please. Low and behold we are back up almost 1,000. She appeared to be taking out work, working the rate, but implying all was still as proposed until you read the fine print and find out otherwise. I asked to remove some small items to get back to budget. I know this sounds like a lot of back and forth but only because the written estimate was not what was verbally discussed. FYI the job was coming in at 4,513.36. Apparently, they only want high paying customers who do not read or ask questions. With the reduced amount of work, she did not want the job. What a bait and switch and circle of deception on what you are getting vs what you are paying for. If you use this company. READ EVERYTHING!

  I am very pleased with the job Certapro Painters of Annapolis did for me. They were professional from start to finish. Monica came to my house to see the rooms I wanted painted, gave me a written quote at a reasonable price, worked with me on scheduling, and kept me informed every step of the way. The two painters were polite and worked hard, finishing my job a day early. The drywall repairs and cut-in work they did was were excellent, and they made sure I reviewed their work and was happy before I left. And I couldn’t be happier!

  This company provided both interior and exterior painting for our home. The owners and painters were professional and a pleasure to work with. The owners were meticulous in complying with our job requests and requirements and were pleasantly flexible in tweaking the work order when requested/required. The painters provided excellent service and were always polite and respectful of our home and furnishings. They left our home only after a complete cleanup and replacement of all furnishings. We would ask this company to return for further work if needed and we recommend them to others.

  I have used Certa Pro of Annapolis for my interior and exterior painting and interior remodeling needs several times. I was made aware that they offered remodeling services during my interior painting project. I had my powder room remodeled and was extremely pleased with the quality of the finished product! They are professional, responsive to my needs and competitively priced. They answered all questions I had and thoroughly communicated throughout the project. When I had normal settling cracks with the paint in the corners of my walls within the warranty period, they returned to make repairs within 24 hours of my call. I am very pleased with attention to detail, professionalism and would highly recommend their services.
