      We got an estimate to rebuild stairs for $1200 (Two steps of concrete). He did the work and did not put the railing back. Called and exchanged several texts and he kept promising to come and put the railing in. Weeks passed and he did not show up. Finally he came back and messed up the railing and it is not sturdy. I bought another railing to put in and he promised to pick it up from Lowes (I ordered it), more weeks passed and never picked it up from Lowes. Meanwhile, the stairs he built started dipping into the ground. He, apparently came out to look and said he needs to rebuilt the stairs which he said "I promise" to do it on 4/23/24 and I was going to meet him at my property. I can't call him anymore because it goes to voicemail (blocked my number?). Rings from other number but voicemail box is full. He built the stairs on March 14th, they are bad, and now I can not find him. He has changed his business name to **********************.

      Dany is a complete SCAM artist! He presents himself as a pastor with years of experience when his ultimate goal is to scam you out of your money, show up to do the job whenever he feels like it and to do an unsatisfactory job. PLEASE READ BELOW IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS GUY!!!!!

      1. After we signed a contract with him and paid him a deposit we never saw him again. He sent his son to do the job and kept sending me photos of him on oxygen saying hes sick and cant come to do the job.

      2. He told us the job will be completed in 2 weeks and in fact it took him 3 months to complete the job. His son would come to work on the pavers and fence one day and he would tell us he will come back the next day and he wouldnt come back for more than 3 weeks. AT SOME POINT WE HAD TO HOLD THEIR TRACTOR IN OUR BACKYARD TO ENSURE THEY WOULD COME BACK BECAUSE THERE WERE TIMES WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW IF THEY WOULD COME BACK ( THIS IS AFTER WE PAID DANY PAVERS LLC 30,000K AND REALIZED WE WERE BEING SCAMMED)

      3. The original price we signed and agreed to was inflated by 22,000 dollars, he would tell us that he is not coming to complete the project unless we sent him more money. He would also say he made a mistake with the measurements and hes apologetic but we have to pay him more money, ( this happened on numerous occasions and it became obvious he was just trying to scam us out of more money)

      4. HE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID AND ACTIVE lisce AND SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMING ANY OF THE SERVICES HIS BUSINESS OFFERS

      5. THEY INSTALLED A FENCE AROUND MY POOL AND THE NEXT DAY THE FENCE WAS FALLING APART, WE HAD TO BEG DANYS SON TO COME BACK AND REDO THE WHOLE ENTIRE FENCE.

      6. EACH TIME HE TOLD US HIS SON WOULD COME TO WORK ON THE FENCE HIS SON WOULD NOT SHOW UP AND WOULD ACTUALLY TEXT US AND SAY "IM HAVING DINNER WITH MY GIRLFRIEND I CANT TALK"
