    We had someone out on the 8th. It is now the 14th. We were looking for a simple estimate for replacing 2 kitchen faucets and one basin. We called 3 times since to inquire and repeatedly have been told to look out for it. it is coming.
    Called back this morning and was told with a voice of frustration "Mam, we are doing the best we can, ok"
    No business should take this long to give a simple estimate.
    If you are looking for something within a standard time frame, unfortunately I could not recommend this company.

    ******** ******** ***** is not one of our regular customers who called in for the first time to have a kitchen sink faucet and basin replaced and a bar sink faucet replaced. On January 8th, we sent out one of our very experienced Master Plumbers to her home. She advised our plumber that she wants to supply her own kitchen and bar sink faucets and basin, however, she did not have them there because she does not even know what faucets and basin that she wants. She said she didn't know where to go to get them and our plumber suggested Fergusons Showroom. Our Service Manager just spoke to her yesterday and advised her that we are slammed with watermain breaks and other very urgent plumbing services, but that he would work on a price. It is very difficult to give a price to someone who does not have the faucets and basin in hand and isn't even sure what fixtures she is going to supply to be installed. Additionally, we make it very clear to our customers that we do not warranty customer supplied fixtures and most of the time the customers supply fixtures that don't even have all of the pieces, and it then becomes an additional charge to go an pick up the additional items. Once ******** ******** ***** lets us know the exact faucets and basin and has them in hand, then we will be happy to go back and install them. Customers have to understand that pricing depends on the fixtures to be installed. If it were something simple, it would be easy to give her a ballpark, but from what our plumber understands these are going to be upscale fixtures. First Class Plumbing goes above and beyond for our customers; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we get compliments every day from our customers. First Class Plumbing takes pride in our work and our technicians are highly qualified and certified. I am very sorry that she feels this way, but FCP needs to know what we are working with to give her a correct and fair estimate. We consider ourselves to be extremely fair and reasonable with regard to pricing for our customers. ******** was not even charged for the visit on the 8th by our Master Plumber.
