  Executive Power does not stand behind their word, steer clear. They told me on numerous occasions that they would be out to install additional equipment, this has been since December, it is now April. I have also been trying to contact them to get some company information so I can file for a solar incentive…no responses to texts or emails. If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer support is the worst always telling you they will get to you. Now, 4 months after having solar installed, I hear absolutely nothing. Buyer Beware

  In February 2023 I hired an electrician via Executive Power LLC to install some kitchen lighting. The work was done quickly and the lights worked perfectly. However, less than three months later, 3 of the 4 light fixtures had failed. I've tried to contact the company by phone, text, email, and mail, but have gotten no response. They apparently don't stand behind their products/work.

  Not good... they will only sell you the system, Not help with it's function or maintenance. YOU are their client, Not their customer and they will explain that to you - AFTER THERE IS FAILURE.
  In 2021 Executive Power sold me my solar system.
  It was installed by ************, who declared BK in July 2021.
  My solar was turned on in May, 2021.
  One of my requests, and concerns, was that putting solar on my house in YUMA AZ, would be large enough to cover the electric bill.
  I was assured it would.
  During the months of June July and August - I still paid an electric bill.
  
  On July 22, 2022, the inverter on my system failed.
  Because ****** was no longer around, I contacted Executive Power, because I has been led that I was their customer.
  I was told that the panels that were put onto my house, were not those Executive Power had wanted to be installed, per the contract that THEY HAD WITH ******.
  I was told that they would investigate a work around and to wait for their response.
  After a week of waiting, I called again. I was assured AGAIN that they were working on a resolution and that I just needed to be patient. Iwas promised three times that they would not LEAVE ME HANING; or out here alone without help.
  In the meantime, I called ********** - the name on the inverter - and discussed with them what I could do.
  ********** told me that ONLY ********** QUALIFIED PEOPLE could work on the system. After much conversation - ********** Agreed to send me the inverter directly.
  I called and left a message with Executive Power again, hoping to get some help with who would be able to install the inverter. No response.
  I then found an electrician who would install the inverter.
  However, that electrician did not ACTIVATE it. It was installed on August 22.
  I called Executive Power again, only got voice mail and requested help again.
  They did not return my call.
  At that point, I sent an email and a text - No response. They don't care after the sale.

  Executive Power is a MD based business with operations in MD, DC, VA, and PA. We do not operate in AZ and do not have a contract with Doris, we did however try to assist Doris with finding a company that could activate her system. We have always tried to help Doris with her unfortunate situation, but do not operate in the state she resides. Executive power is an exclusive dealer for ******* and do not have the ability to activate her system. A friend of Doris requested our help, and upon her hostile attitude we cut off all communication with her.
