      Summer of 2020 I moved my accounting to *** Myers. We were selling our business and property. He was referred by a realtor and some other business owners. *** was created when doing business taxes because that was his forte. He was always a little off the wall when dealing with him. Never really prepared when we would have a scheduled meeting with a potential buyer. Every year I had to bug him to get my returns. He always had what he need from me by the 3 week of January. I would call usually late March to see where he was at. Always, I'm almost finished. He couldn't keep any employees probably because he was so disorganized. He would set times for phone conference and always an excuse when he missed them. This past April he called or texted several times and said my taxes are ready, but usually an excuse that his computer was down or printer was down. I back off because I always got a copy of my taxes. Suddenly in September *** is no where to be found. All his phone numbers and email addresses were deleted. I went to his gated apartment where I been seeing him the last two years. I went to his door and didn't answer. I spoke to a neighbor and they said he was evicted a few weeks earlier. I called the *** to see if my business and personal taxes were filed. I was told by both agents neither taxes were file since 2019, even though I have hard copies of every year up to 2022. I spoke to a couple folks that used him and we basically all same complaint as a previous complaint mentioned. So he committed fraud on lots of folks. His current ******** says he started law school August 19th. His profile pictures looks someone you would see in a line up at the police station. Someone may look at this complaint and say why didn't I switch sooner. Well, I was receiving copy each year. Selling my business/property it didn't make sense to move. I'm not sure if BBB will allow this but my name is ***** ********* and I can be found on ******** if anyone wants to private message me.

      In March of 2024 I engage with Jim to handle my 2023 personal tax return and addend my 2022 return. Within 7 days he called me and said he was able to turn my 2022 taxes from me owing 8k to the irs owing me 11k. Some how he created a company and wrote of expenses. I kept asking for a copy before he filed but he never sent them he wanted 1k up front. I have used Jim in the past, and while he was very disorganized and didn’t respond all the time, he never struck me as a ********* Anyway I ***** him the money, and I never heard back. He refuses to send me the taxes and I can’t confirm if anything has ever been filed. I have no information about this company he created or how to get any of the information. For all I know he is committing *****. I have asked him for a refund and he just never reaponse.
