      Culligan Water sold us their water treatment service. We were told service to deliver salt and put into the unit would be provided by the company. After the initial installation , we were happy with the unit and it's function. But when salt was needed for the unit. I contacted them about coming to put salt in the unit. I told the sales person from the beginning I am disables and cannot carry the bags of salt and put them in the unit. Instead of working with me on the days I would be home for the service which are every Monday and Friday the customer service lady told me that was not thier service days. And told me it was too much trouble to have a tech come out and put in the salt. She said they have ***** customers and they can't meet the needs of everyone. I understand that but this was explained before the service was installed that I could not lift the salt bags myself to put in the tank. We were assured it would not be a problem. Well now that we paid for the unit to be installed and everything there is an issue with the delivery. Added to that is there is a 4 bag minimum plus a service fee plus the cost of the salt. I feel the cost of the salt plus the delivery fee charge and it not being put in when I the customer need it . Is over charging and not taking care of a disabled senior citizen.I had an aortic aneurysm that prevents me from lifting heavy items. I work part time to help make ends meet. My wife is a special education teacher in a public school she works Monday thru Friday so she cannot be there. I'm just asking for help to put in the salt 1 time a month. Is that too much for a paying customer to ask?
