    I am not obligated for the debt claimed by WEED MAN - ANNAPOLIS. There is no contractual agreement between me and WEED MAN - ANNAPOLIS, and they have not furnished the original agreement as requested.

    The company was contacted by my neighbor to service their property. They serviced the wrong property. They put fertilizer on my lawn and damaged my lawn and property.

    I willingly signed up for services by Weed Man but cancelled immediately and prior to the alleged services provided by this company. Weed Man allege that provided services to my home; however, there was no sign whatsoever that services were performed. More importantly, on the days that they claim services were provided, I checked my ring camera and did not notice any service vehicle or landscapers on my property.

    Several harassing calls, texts, and emails from Weed Man ensued for weeks. I return a few calls and explained that I did not receive services and refused to pay. Weed Man has reported me to ******** ****** ********, a debt collector. Debt Collection is detrimental to my Security Clearance and could contribute to me losing my job. Please help me to swiftly resolve this issue.
    I work for the government and will be relocating to Germany for three years in March 2024.

    This customer set up services on 5/1/2023. On 5/3 we received a call to confirm the customer number for this account so that a payment could be made after services are completed. Ms. **** called our office on 5/4/23 to confirm the service for 5/5 and 5/8.Our company performed a Fertilizer on 5/5/23 and a weed control on 5/8/23. On 6/6/23 our office received a call from Ms. **** where she stated she wanted to cancel our services because she wanted to focus on landscaping in her lawn. On 6/28/23 we received a call where services were then being disputed. Since we have not received any payments for the services completed, we turned the account over to collections. At this time we are no longer able to discuss the account with Ms. **** as this is in collections.

    I am rejecting this response because Weed Man did not perform any services at my home. In their response they failed to mention that I refused to pay for services that wasn't rendered. I have ring video cameras and they did not capture services on the dates in question.

    Ordered aerating services for the fall, was told it would be scheduled in a month or so then they never came to the property in the fall so i scheduled and paid for services with another company, they ended up coming in december mid winter for fall service and came twice unannounced onto my property without permission, Charged $342 when services were already completed by another company. Made me pay invoice of services i did not get notified we're still gonna get done.
