    I had used turf plus lawn care for ******************************************************************************* to buy their sprinkler system. That is not the solution to the problem. I paid in full last fall for service in 2024. I believe I had their Turf Master Plus Program that included 5 visits. They came out once at the beginning of this year and did the one application. Even the fellow who did the lawn application had no answers to fixing my problem in the back. Soon after I canceled service with them and asked for my refund. The gentleman said they would get the refund to me. Now I am getting a call from someone I do not know telling me they do not give out refunds. The fellow did not call from a number I recognized. He was rude and abusive. I wondered if it was a prank call. They owe me $200 +. My new lawn service is taking care of the problem that turf plus did NoT fix. My new company suggested a plan this fall that they guarantee. Turf Plus is not a reputable company. They do not guarantee their work. They did not solve my problem. They did not even discuss the problem with me other than trying to sell their sprinkler system. They are not reputable. My lawn looks better now with the new lawn service. My new law service has outlined a plan to take this fall for the area Ive wanted a solution to from Turf Plus. And my new law service is NOt trying to sell me their sprinkler system. Or at least the man who has the vm recording (to leave a message.i think that is ***)
