    I am rejecting this response because it isn't true. I tried since December to quit this service. They said I had to pay through February, which I did. Without my permission, they did work in March - that I did not authorize. I should not have to pay for it. It seems like it was a last attempt to squeeze a few hundred dollars from me.

    have any question.Thank you.Today I saw that they billed me another $431.55 in March. I emailed and called and finally they called back and just tried to argue with me and bully me into paying. I am so disappointed since I was a loyal customer for years.

    Client called and said thinking on request cancelation, but we already provided clean-up and mulching on 02/21/24. I explain we could cancel service, but she would be responsible for any service already rendered this year (2024). I issued a discount over our normal rates and charged last year's price. That was a normal procedure if previous agreement is canceled after service already done.

    She was a long time client. Service renew each Season. No previous problems or reason to do not continue servicing the house. Service has been done, we cleaned the house, we added mulch that we purchase at a local business and had it installed after pulling weeds and edging beds. Job was completed prior to the final request to stop service. A DISCOUNT was issued to her and regular service account canceled.

    No more to add, what we say is true, she knows service has been done to her property. There is no denial on that.

    I am rejecting this response because: he is continuing to misrepresent the facts. He did not get my permission to do the work he says that he did. I actually went to the credit card company to dispute the charges. He did not give me a discount - the charges were reversed in full. This is because it was clear that I did not permit the work he claims to have done.   I don't want to take this any further, I just couldn't let his continuing misrepresentation of the facts continue.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am in contact with the insurance company. All I wanted was their contact information.

    We totally disagree that our plastic string would do damage all along the garage siding. NO Way it would happen, even so we already provided insurance information. If someone wants to take some advantage we at least reserve the right to disagree.
