    On April 12,2022 I signed a contract to have the roof on the back of my house replaced and a cricket installed on the neighbors house and my roof to help with the water leaking between the two houses and some new gutters and down spouts. My neighbor said no to the cricket so I told Loch Raven to just do the roof and a new gutter which is all I wanted. Loch Raven said they could not guarantee the work and would not do the roof and they kept my deposit of $1480.00.

    LC 12/05/2022- I spoke with the business owner, who advised that they will not be responding to this complaint any further. It was advised by the business, that MHIC found no fault with them when they investigated and they will adhere to that investigation and decision.
