    This airline lost my bag, kept telling me they would get it to me, and finally after sending a dozen emails and threatening legal action, my bag FINALLY appeared. I checked the tags and all of them said my bag got to the airport on a Tuesday. They didn't return my bag until Saturday morning!
    I will happily pay any price to fly a different airline!

    I was discriminated against at Play Airline. They were being ****** towards me. I was in an international country. They were all white they kept calling me brown, giving me bad looks, laughing at me, harassing me, giving me a hard time, and being difficult. I payed $832.93 for my ticket, than they charged me 100 euros for a tote they were complaining about ( I only brought a tote and a carry on luggage handbag and we were allowed a carryon and a bag), than they rejected me from my flight, I had to go back through all the security checks, passages, trains, airlines, and get to travel agency desk to speak to someone from Play. They didn't have personal or representative for the airline. I was trying to get in touch with Play by phone, my phone wasn't European it was American it didn't work. I tried to connect to the airport internet it was very poor signal. I attempted to chat with Play representative on the website they didn't respond several occasions. I slept in the airport 2 nights and missed 2 days of work. I asked my family to send me more money to buy more tickets, pay for luggage and food. I got money from my family and booked a ticket $600 from my card and $300 cash I converted to euros. I was relieved that I was about to board and go to my flight when the same employees from play came back and started harassing me and being ****** again. I want compensation for everything I spent and travel tickets for the future/ travel credits. I attempted to reach Play once I got back to US they were unresponsive. ********* the third party I booked the ticket with gave me a number for PLAY that was disconnected and didn't work. I contacted ********* filed complaint about play. The representative said they would contact me 3-5 business days I didn't hear a response. I called back the supervisor I spoke to said they would escalate the complaint and call back in 5-7 business days.
