Sadly l, I am unable to leave this reiew with 0 stars. It is well deserved. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Poptronics tends to have many specialty parts in stock when you need them. However due to my most recent experience with one of your mechanics, Ismail, i will never step foot in the door again. I was in the downtown location a few weeks ago to purchase a few installation parts for my new sound system. As i was leaving the store, Ismail flagged me down & began telling me about his extensive experience at Poptronics as a mechanic. He begs myself to allow him to do the installation. Mentions he could really use the money & his installation price was not bad. I met with the mechanic to allow him to do the work on my sound system. He took my money, blocked my phone number, & left my sound system apart in a ton of pieces. Now I have to pay someone extra to fix his garbage & complete the installation. I thought Poptronics was a reputable establishment. Instead they are just another set of scam-artists. Ismail even bypassed my parking break without my permission. My radio plays dvd’s as I ride down the street now. Very dangerous. That has to be illegal. I will check to see if I can escalate that problem. I, nor anyone that i know, will ever step a foot into Poptronics moving forward. It is absolutely shameful that Poptronics would allow this!
