On Monday 10/14/24 I texted Owner ***** ***** and informed him I was going to pursue another vehicle and asked for my deposit back. He told me because I wasn't going to purchase the Murano I would have to wait until the Murano sold to get my money back as the sign posted in his office stated. I responded ok, let me know when the ****** sells. I had not heard from ***** since. I contacted him today 5/2/2025 informing him thats its been almost 7 months he has had my deposit and i would like my ****** sent back to me. He replied as far as he is concerned we are even and he doesnt owe me anything.

On 10/14/24 Mr ***** walked into my place of business looking for a vehicle. He saw a vehicle that he liked. Mr ***** assured me that he in deed wanted the vehicle after he test drove it. Once in my office. Mr ***** noticed several signs, stating Deposits are non- refundable. He agreed, and assured me that he still wanted the vehicle, and asked me to take down the listing that was posted. I did as so. It's now 5/2/25.

I contacted someone who represents ****** on ******** marketplace about a ****** suv. I set up an appointment and met a guy at the shop who said the guy I spoke to was a partner. I was ready to test the ****** when the owner says someone else is coming to look at the suv. He then apologizes and that he has a Jeep I can get for the same price. I asked him was anything wrong and he stated no. We went on a test drive and the tire pressure light was on and the check engine came on. I checked the codes and it suggested we top off the coolant which the dealer did do for me. I pay for the truck and tags and leave. The next day while driving to work I stopped for gas and noticed a leak coming from under the suv. I open my hood and noticed a leak from the radiator and that the coolant was gone. I go to autozone and buy some coolant, and after replacing the coolant I see that it's what's leaking from the radiator. I try to contact the dealer and get no answer. I called for a week and half and still no answer. So I then contact the guy off ******** and he never replies. I believe they knew what was wrong with the vehicle and rigged it so that coolant would not leak while a customer checks it out. These guys are bad business man.
