    I had my car repaired...he charged me way to much for the parts..he gave me the part number on my bill.i look the part up .he charged me ****** for two bearing hubs they list ***** a pice...all I want to see is his invoice where he paid for the part. Or charge me what he really paid for them... I am very disappointed 2009 mini ****** no wear is that part listed for ****** a piece ****** a pair..

    On 8/30/2024 I dropped my car off to be serviced, I was due to receive an inner and outer tie rod from this company and an alignment on the left drivers side, I picked my car up that same day right before closing, the abs light and traction lights were on on the dash which was odd because they were not on before they serviced my car nor have I had a problem with them prior to service on 8/30/2024, I immediately went into the car shop and was told to come back the following day, I returned on 8/31/2024 to have them see why those lights were on after they serviced my car, I went to get my car and was told that the sensor on the left side was not working, it was working before they serviced my car, they diagnosed my car and gave me a list of things, when I went to get into my car the car would not start again I had no issues prior to getting my car checked out with my car starting, the stated that I had a bad battery again I had no issue prior to this day with it, I put another battery in on 9/1/2024 and car is still having trouble starting, since the abs light since service has been on, when the abs light turns off (when the car is started) the brakes are jumping and the car will not stop, the light (abs) will come on again about 5 after starting the car, I was told by the shop I should have no problems with my braking system from the lights on the dash but my car is literally not stopping properly, again a problem I did not have prior to getting service from them, my car is making a loud horrible noise coming from the left side again a problem that I did not have before getting my car serviced at this company, I am afraid to drive my car due to the braking issue caused, my car did not have these problems prior to service from them

    On March 12th, 2024 I went to 40 **************** for an inspection on my car. I arrived there between 1:40 or 1:50pm. I sat at this place of business until 5pm which is there closing time. There is an Asian or Chinese man there who was confirmed to be the owner purposely failed my inspection because he wanted me to come back and spend more money. As he explained the issues with my car I had let him know that my car had brand new work done because I was in an accident. He continued to over talk me and repeatedly shook his head no as if what I were saying wasn't true. I believe he purposely tampered with my car. That puts my life at risk and for what so this man can have extra money in his pocket. I do feel that this place needs to be looked at and shut down. I also went on ****** and this man has multiple 1 star reviews containing multiple people were screwed over by this guy. I do want to point out the fact that I was over charged. He charged me ****** for the inspection. I will not he returning to this place as I do not feel safe as I don't know what he could have done to my car. I feel like I was taken advantage of for being a woman. I really hope this can be looked into. Businesses like this do not need to be in business.
