    I am rejecting this response because: my car did not have a oil leak before I bought my car here the oil leak that it once had was already fixed by ******** ** *********** which I was charged 1700 this business caused the leak In attempt to charge me to repair or clean the leak I had washed my car and checked the engine two days before bringing my car here the car never leaked oil but consumed it which is why ******** ** *********** service it I gave them this information before they worked on the car once I got it back all of a sudden it has a fresh oil on the motor and a new leak it didn’t have before also my engine cover was removed and my engine was assessed despite not having no engine work performed also my cover was not put on correctly and I repeatedly ask about this and yet to get a answer also they never informed me my check engine lite was on I didn’t find this out until I picked up my car and seen the lite was on they also mentioned it in the invoice but not when they had the car I found out the car was running rough through the invoice they never mentioned either while they had the car my warranty provider inspected car and should of offered to repair it this had did so I would of pay the diagnostic fee they recommended filling my tank with good gas on there invoice to settle the rough idle of engine so that’s what I did put good gas in it the weather been cold and it running a little rough at start up do to temperatures was not uncommon since it had many miles and my car ran fine when I bought the car the check engine lite came on the dealership tested the ob2 codes and code came back there was a misfire but the lite went out and never came back on I was informed by ******** ** *********** the car needed new spark plugs which could be the cause however the car ran fine and I never had problems with it running or starting

    ****** ******* week of getting my car back my engine just cut off and refuse to start after trying to crank it back up it never regained proper combustion and now won’t start or turn over I never had this happen before and know this shop done something to my car they access my engine which was not required to repair the tire rod and alignment I am seeking the price of a new engine do to there tamper with the engine then they tried to have me bring it back in so they could degreased the engine and do some diagnostic even though they don’t rebuild engines and probably not sure but they might not even replace the engine when I text and ask questions the mechanic I spoke to refuse to answer my question and couldn’t explain why my engine was access where the new oil leak came from why my engine cover was never properly put back on what did they do to cause my engine lite to come on and why they didn’t connect car too ob2 and check codes I had a warranty premier auto which did inspection too

    I empathize with Mr. ******* concerns he is having trouble with his 2009 *************
    **** matic  that had 192496 miles on it
    at the time it was in our shop. He had brought his vehicle in for a suspension
    check which we performed and made our recommendations. We submitted our
    findings to his warranty company which they did not cover. We noticed and brought
    to Mr. ******* attention that he had oil leaking and intermittent rough running
    condition with an intermittent check engine light( see recommendations on his
    invoice). We offered to look into his oil leak and diagnose the engine light
    but he declined those services.  The
    warranty that Mr. ******* has does not cover diagnostic charges unless the
    repair is covered.  Mr. ******* chose to
    operate his vehicle with a known problem. 
    Perhaps there is an engine problem but we have never verified this and
    any warranty he may have had would be voided for his continued use after this
    was brought to his attention

    There was
    nothing that had occurred in our shop that produced the current unverified
    issue. Whatever the issue is came from operation of the vehicle for over 14
    years and 192,500 plus miles. We only performed the service you authorized
    which has nothing to do with the current alleged problem. We reported our
    observations and made recommendations. We did not access your engine or
    cover.  We brought to your attention that
    “oil very dirty, message on dash reflects service overdue”.  This message is to alert the operator to have
    services performed.  The oil leak was a
    simple visual observation of oil leaks from undetermined location.   To determine location engine oil leak the
    affected area needs to be cleaned and dye put in the oil and rechecked once oil
    starts to leak out. It would seem to me that you would want to return to the establishment
    that fixed the leaks. As previously explained your warranty company does not
    cover the diagnostic costs unless the service is approved. Since you were not
    willing to authorize the diagnosis we could not proceed.
    Mr. ******** has made some serious unsubstantiated allegations. His vehicle has not been diagnosed.
    It would seem to me that Mr. ******* needs to have his vehicle diagnosed with
    what are the failures and the cause of those failure. With this information the
    shop that prepares this could present required repairs to his warranty company.He
    will also need proof of maintenance showing that he has performed his factory
    recommended maintenance. Considering Mr. *******’s accusations we would not be
    willing to provide this service.  We wish
    him best of luck with his concerns.

    Took my truck to the auto shop for a tune-up and while having my truck in there possession a mechanic hit a cement curb and busted the side wall of my brand new $350 tire then refused to replace it with a tire of like size and dollar amount

Please stop by with the receipt for the replacement tire and after confirmation that the tire was replaced we will compensate you. Please call and make an appoint with **** to resolve this issue.
