      I was overcharged multiple times for the same issue with my car, one that was exacerbated after they worked on it the first time. My concerns were dismissed by every staff member I encountered. I was told I must have gotten "bad gas" when I asked them to review their own work. The main woman who works at the front desk comes off as very condescending and blocks you from speaking to any mechanics when she can.
      I had to pay a diagnostic fee each time I went to them even though I was asking them to review their own work. They charged me thousands of dollars to replace broken valve cap. Each time they found a new issue with a higher price tag but couldn't tell me why they hadn't caught it the first three times they looked it over.
      The last straw for me was being told there was antifreeze leaking from my car and that "leaks just happen sometimes" when I knew it was oil. I was asked for $2,000 more. I got a second opinion from the dealership that confirmed they lied to me about what was wrong with my car. The dealership fixed my issue, charged me much less, and I haven't had a problem since. I honestly don't know if they ever properly looked at my car in the first place. They would have kept taking my money with no resolution.
      I wish I had read this BBB review and not the ones on ******. Its' clear they take advantage of you if they can. Do not recommend.
