    Contract Date: 8/07/2024 Amount of money paid: $3,929.00, Contract # **** Sparkee Awnings, Inc also known as A1-Awnings committed to install a new aluminum awning over the front porch of my home at **** ******** **** Baltimore MD 21218 on 8/30/2024 for $3,929.00 and provided a year warranty on service from the date of installation. The company installed the awning on 8/30/2024. The awning began leaking through the top of the awning and needing repair a couple months after installation. I have telephoned the company several times each week since March 2004 and emailed them to request repair. A couple times a few months ago person answered the phone and promised the repair would be done the following week, but didn't. Other than that I haven't heard from the company even though i have left countless messages to their company phones ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. 99.9 percent of calls to both numbers no one answers phone. I was initially told in 8/2023 by their rep Lisa Carnell that Sparkee Awnings and A-1 Awnings is the same company. The company was easy to reach before the awning was installed and impossible to reach after they got our money and need repair. I am seeking repairs to the awning

    I have several issues with the installation. 1) The awning is sloped from left to right. 2) There is a s**** installed at an angle into the wall that appears to be coming out and I worry water is getting behind and into house wall. 3) The aluminum is bent.Over the past couple months, I have called dozens of times using both of their numbers (A-1 Awning Discounters and Sparkee Awnings) and sent dozens of e-mails with pictures and they won't answer the phone or my e-mails. I have given them ample warnings by e-mail and voicemail that I would report them online and on BBB and they still won't return my call or e-mail. I just want them to fix or discuss the installation and provide guidance. There is no communication at all.
