    Very disappointed in this whole ordeal. Reached out July 3rd and made an appointment for July 6th. Making the appointment was easy. However, once the appointment was over it all went down hill. I went to Mr.******** to discuss the options I had and how I wanted to move forward. He charged me $400 for one hours worth of him doing "research." He ended up never finding out anything besides what I told him and I doubt he even tried. It was nearly impossible to reach him. He even lost the legal paperwork packet I left him and blamed it on someone taking his briefcase from his office. I got excuses and excuses from he's out of the office, to the front desk wasn't able to connect the call to his phone in his office, that he will call me back, days/weeks with absolutely no responses. I ended up getting frustrated and wanting to just be able to settle to get it over with. Since he had lost the paperwork from the get go, he didn't remember anything about my case. He asked me to reach out to the attorney of the people I owed to get their contact information. When it was on the packet I had handed over to him and was lost. I told him the ballpark ranges of where I wanted to be and so forth and never heard back. I had called back another time and left a note with the receptionist and never heard back. Now off to find a lawyer who will actually take my case seriously and not just rip me off. All I needed was for him to call the company and negotiate. Never heard back.

    I am sorry that you are disappointed with my services. However, I do not agree that it is difficult to reach me. In fact I have been waiting to hear from you. You have not returned my recent calls and you have not responded to my recent emails. I am easy to reach by telephone or email. I have not received any emails from you since July 19, 2022. I dispute your allegation that I did not remember anything about your case. I remember all of the information we discussed and have all notes from our meeting and subsequent discussions in your file. Please call me so we can discuss this matter and hopefully resolve this matter.
