    On Aug 13,22 I was in this establishment with my cousin in one of their private seating areas around 1159 the reset the lighting in the ceiling fell down on my right shoulder. At instantly and look for security and they was no way around, so I found a manager so whom he told me his name was Ahmed come to find out his name is Rad He came over to try to reattach the light and then it completely fell backed down into his face. I explained to him that I wanted a refund from the things that I purchased and he refused he only offered to give me and my cousin a drink and we refused I called the police when I got to my car they stated to me that this is a civil matter and there's no police report that they can give me the following day which was August 14,22 I went to urgent care to where I found out I had a shoulder contusion and I was placed out of work for a whole week On August 15,22 I reached out to the owner of the establishment I spoke with his brother Marcus first and then I reached out to Mr. Harrison via Instagram Mr. Harrison stated he was unaware of the incident. And he was going to reach out to his manager and also, he asked me how do I decide or feel that we can solve this matter? I requested for his insurance information and then l send him a dollar amount to which he declined both was not happening and told me to have my lawyer call him!!! This is totally unprofessional you have light fixtures that's not properly installed and establishment this makes me wonder what else is not probably done, or up to code. I have been experiencing extreme pain, this has called me emotional distress this is my dominant arm to which use for my occupation, and this has affected me severely something needs to be done about this matter. I honestly don't want anyone to have experiences.
