The nurse “Diamond” was my nurse. She came to me, tossing the iv across my body and having me wrap my own arm with the vital check. The needle hurt from the start, so I promptly asked another nurse to adjust it and upon doing so it felt bearable. The nurse Diamond came back and proceeded to pull the needle in and out and slide to side, causing me more pain than before and the angle she left it at made it so the blood wasn't flowing correctly into the machine no matter how long or fast i pumped my hand. Deciding to trust her i kept quiet for the first few twists. After leaving and coming back, without explaining why she was messing with my arm so much or why it was now seeming to have trouble with my blood flow she grabbed my needle again, moving it in a way that immediately made me ask her to stop. After saying “that doesn't feel good please don’t do that” about 3 times as she continued i saw my arm swell and it cramped. I wasnt told what it was or how it happened. She cleaned me up, gave me an ice pack and told me id need to move because she needed my bloody seat for a new patient. After such i went to a screening nurse and tried to tell her what was going on but i was so disoriented and dizzy and upset because i had specifically asked her to stop whatever she was doing because it was causing me pain, i was even told i was allowed to say stop and leave whenever. Upon trying to explain an older nurse came and told me her worker “didnt mean to” and that i “consented to the risk” i didnt not want to speak to her and instead the woman who was listening. As i was speaking i was being walked towards the door, not being able to stand i fell to the floor and tried to gather myself by sitting in the corner, they said i was being disruptive and had to leave. I had to genuinely yell to even get the nurse to explain what happened to my arm and upon yelling, a nurse i hadnt spoken to threatened to beat me up in the parking lot. Someone yelled for 911 but the nurses told them no
