    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I attend orientation on Friday, school on Monday and Tuesday, on Wednesday I meet with the education  department because i was told test was on Saturday instead of Friday upon leavevthe off i got the phone call.I informed my instructor of my situation that I have to leave. So I did not complete any training on Wednesday, Thursday or friday.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ********

Hello, we show ******* in attendance for 3 days, when we completed his drop calculation he was in attendance for more than 60% of the program. 24hours attended out of 40 hours = 60%. According to the refund policy on the enrollment agreement there is no refund due. However up until yesterday there were several communications from ******* expressing his interest in returning for training and completing his program. We are not interested in having an unsatisfied customer over a few hundred dollars, if he can provide additional details on when he was here on the 3rd day we can adjust his drop calculation and if that creates a refund amount due to him we would happily process that for him. If his intent is to return and complete his training he would have to start the program at a future date instead of re-entering. We hope for the best with his family emergency that prevented him from completing on time as scheduled.

The school is willing to adjust the drop calculation to reflect 16 hours (only two days as stated by customer) out of 40 hours and he has completed 40% of the program and is entitled to a refund of 20% of his tuition per the enrollment agreement. In the process of clarifying his attendance the student expressed an interest in completing his training as long as it was prior to his learners permit expiring. We are scheduling him a return date, however if that does not happen in a timely manner we will issue a check for $439.00 within the allowed 45 days from last date of attendance.

Amount Paid- $5,225, through financial aid from ****  A business committed: as advertised on their website “North American Trade Schools is 100% dedicated to student success”

Nature of dispute- I was informed we are allowed to take the test more than 1 time. I’ve only been able to take the test once. I have tried numerous attempts, trying to solidify the situation. The following people are whom I have been trying to reach and figure out a solution as to how I am able to obtain a 2nd chance to take the test: Stacey *** (**** cdl Coordinator), Wayne D**** (North American trade Coordinator), Sherry(North American trade Coordinator), Mr. Alex(instructor, North American trade Coordinator), Yonce T***** (Instructor), Mr. Ricky(Instructor)

Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I’ll be honest, No. It has been me making call after call, trip after trip to the school trying to speak to someone to set a date to take the test once again. And yet, no one has called, nor sent me an email about solidifying the situation.
