    I have been attempting to reach someone at the cemetery to have a headstone placed on my sister’s grave. I was given this phone number to make arrangements (###-###-####). When I call all I get is an answering machine to leave a message. I leave messages but no one return my call. After 3 weeks of trying I spoke to Zoey and she emailed me a flyer for a headstone sale the but did not send an order form. I emailed her again to get the form but got no response. I sent a message to a different number and was told I sent my text to a pet cemetery. I am totally frustrated with the management and business office for Mt. Carmel Cemetery. I also searched the cemetery’s website to locate the lot and marker number for my sister’s grave and the search stated that they have no record. This is so heartbreaking for me because I feel like I have been giving the run around. My sister’s name is ******** ** *****. She passed on ******** ** **** and she was buried on ******** *** ****. I hope you can help me with this situation.

    I've called this company several times in the past couple of years to see if I could get someone to place a marker down for me to come visit my mothers grave. Every time I call the company's number there is no answer. So I had to leave a message and no one ever returned my call. When I tried calling the company's number again recently it said the number is being disconnected after a year and for anyone who needs help to call XXX-XXX-XXXX. I've tried that number and still didn't get an answer from anyone. This is very frustrating as I haven't been able to visit my mothers grave in years. This is unacceptable for any business to not answer the phones or return a call back to the customers. My mothers name is Patricia *** ******* and her birthday is February 21, 1962 she passed away on May 18, 2003.
