      On 1/4/23 at 10:30 am I took Rockledge bus company, and the bus was filthy nasty and the bathroom was very much uncleaned. They have not cleaned any part of the bus and the bathroom smelled like straight ****.

      Thank you so much for using our bus service. We are sorry for the unhappy experience!! Our record indicate a booking to departure New York to Dover DE on 11-12-2022. We are can't locate any info regarding 01-04-23 travel. Did you purchase a cash ticket at the bus station? Our buses are well maintained and fully cleaned before and after every trip! Our policy does not allow any refund on used tickets. However, we can issue you a new ticket for future use. Please let us know if that okay with you.       The buses don't be clean or sanitized. The bathrooms are smelling like ****. The buses need to be cleaned. The customer service is even worst
