    Equipment to be repaired was returned without attachments that were with machine when they received. After decision to return equipment , unrepaired, it was delivered without the parts that were with machines when they originally picked up a few months prior. Spoke with them they deny that the parts were ever there, which we made certain they were before pick up, These items are expensive to replace and are not functional for ordinary use.

    Good Afternoon,

    We never we given the items in question upon pick up .  No repairs were made to the machines and the machines were returned free of charge in the original condition that they were pick up in. If we had said parts, we would return them as they do us NO good for anything else as parts are very specific to machines.  Viking and Odorite have been in  business combined for 145 years and would never and have never kept items that accompanied pieces of equipment.  I'm sorry she is displeased and can't find her parts, but unfortunately we do not have them which has been conveyed to Ms. ******* directly.
