    ******* sold me a voucher for a company, ********* offering 2 hours of cleaning for $59. I purchased the voucher and attempted over and over to use it. The company, *********, failed to honor the voucher and changed the terms, marking it as redeemed when it had not been. I saved all communication with them and attempted to get them to properly honor the voucher. When they would not I went back through Groupon attempting to get them to the right thing and refund or credit the voucher. Neither complaint would step up to make things right to either give me the service I purchased or refund the money. I now supposedly have a $59 credit with cozy maid which will not remotely pay for a cleaning and they will not come out for less than the two hour clean which means if I want what I paid for I would now have to may another $60-100 to get the minimal service which means I have a $59 credit that I cannot use. Both companies have made contacting them extremely difficult and only available through their complaint portals which leaves no way to check on or speak directly to a person. I have several pdf files of all communication that I could track which is a lot and shows my multiple attempts with both companies.

    On 8/20/2024 we purchased a Groupon Coupon for 6 hours of cleaning for $148.75. Cozy Maids came out on 11/12/2024 and completed 4.5 hours of the 6 hours of basic cleaning. The cleaning lady said she had completed everything. We tipped her and said it was fine since we were only paying $148 anyway which is a great deal for a ***** sq ft house. (not exactly sure how she got it all done in 4 hours, but that's neither here nor there). On 11/12/2024 we were charged an additional $286.23 from ********* which is an affiliate of Cozy Maids. We reached out to Groupon who said we should not have been charged but Cozy Maids is refusing to reimburse us. We disputed the charge with our credit card, but they were able to provide paperwork saying the services were completed, which is true, but that service was already paid for through *******. The fact that we are now out $475 for 4 hours of basic cleaning (not even deep cleaning). We are still fighting this and have spent countless hours on the phone and filling out paperwork. Absolutely ludicrous and robbery at this point. I am asking for the $286.23 back as that was not a verified purchase.

    I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maids after I bought the Groupon it turned out the voucher was for Dapper Maids. I had already bought a voucher for that company so my voucher was invalid. I flled a complaint with both Groupon and Dapper Maids and neither will do anything
