      Not long after I purchased the 2 Rheem/Ruud HVAC units from my HVAC company **** ******* who purchased the units from Ferguson directly. I was having issues with them in more ways than I want (everything is documented attached). The owner (Ryan) with *** ****** was able to get in touch with the Robert ***** from Ferguson to come out and assist with the constant issues from day 1. He informed *** ****** to "replace something (documented attached) and that will fix the problem", that NEVER resolved the issue and ***** was never involved after that knowing I was still having issues with the units. I still hear the VERY LOUD NOISE that has awaken me from my sleep in which I was informed by Robert "because I sleep above the units, that is normal". That noise is not normal and no one in my neighborhood units are as loud as mine. In addition, I had to pay for the annual contracts on both units just to keep them servicing the units knowing I was having nothing but issues... These are Lemons and At this point, I am requesting them to get replaced with a different unit but the same specs that I paid for with the units that were installed. I also want reimbursed for the for the annual contract I have had to pay for just to keep from having to pay for constant service calls..
