    On March 30, 2023 at approximately 12:40pm I went to U.S. Wireless on ****************** to have my IPhone XR screen repaired. Before going I priced how much this repair would be by using the U.S Wirless website which advertised that the price for screen repair, for my specific cell phone, was on sale for $79.99. The original price was $189.99. Upon entering the business I spoke with *****, to inquire about having my screen repaired. ***** said that it would cost $125.99 for the IPhone XR screen repair. Needless to say I was shocked because they advertise online for $79.99. I asked if they would honor their advertised price and he said "no", the price advertised online was "old" and ***** stated that he did not know why that price was still there. I said this is clearly false advertising and asked to speak with a mananger. ***** called a person on the phone whom claimed to be the owner of the establishment. He said the best price he could do would be $115. I have been pricing screen repairs for months and for months U.S. wireless has been advertising the sale price of $79.99. No where on the website does it state prices are subject to change without notice. I would not have driven 40 miniutes to this place just to be told the price woud be increased by $45 dollars. I do not believe I am the first ******** to experience this with this estabilishmet and this is a clear case of false advertising. I felt forced into paying the $115 and completely taken advantage of.

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

    Customer called us and stated that her phone have a very tiny crack on top of her screen. We told her it would be ***** if it is just the small crack and if we can seal it. She stated that yes it is just the tiny crack. When she came in the store it was not just the "tiny crack, but her whole Screen Assembly needed to be replaced due the INK busted inside. We give her the price $115 for the repair and she agreed and satisfied with the job and service.
