I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of progress and communication on the repairs to the vinyl siding and gutters of my home, which were initially discussed with ***************** on November 23, 2023. Who works for ********************************* per our agreement, the first check issued by my home insurance provider, **********, in the amount of $7,825.63 was handed over to Mr. ******** on January 29, 2024, to initiate the necessary repairs. Subsequently, an additional payment of $12,846.10 was authorized and handed over to Mr. ******** on May 20, 2024, upon their request for further work. State Farm paid Noryab Construction LLC a total of 20,671.73.Despite numerous attempts to follow up and seek updates on the status of the repairs, I have been met with unfulfilled promises and delays. My previous communications with Mr. ******** have not yielded any concrete action, and my concerns were only addressed when I expressed my frustration to **** in November 2024. It was only after I demanded a full refund of the payments made to Noryab Construction on March 10, 2025, that I received a response from **. While I appreciate the assurance that materials will be delivered by Thursday, March 13, 2025, I must emphasize that my primary request at this point is a complete refund of all funds paid to his company.Regrettably, the prolonged lack of progress and the breakdown in communication have led me to the decision that I no longer wish to proceed with Noryab Construction for any services. I kindly request immediate action to process the full refund as discussed with **. I urge his prompt attention to this matter and expected a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. ** stated I would not received a full refund because they did all the work to get me approved.

I contracted with Mr. ****** of Noryab Construction to replace siding on my home. I gave him a check in the amount of $9,997.37 as partial payment. The balance of the payment was to be paid upon completion. The work was never initiated and I have not been able to contact him. From the time I made payment on February 7 until April 8, 2024, we would receive weekly updates (via text) to let us know how many houses were ahead of us. He had estimated that the work would be completed by Easter, 3/31/24. On April 23, 2024, Mr. ****** indicated that he was not going forward with the job and that we would be receiving a refund. On April 25, 2024, he indicated that I would receive a full refund (via text) within 30 days. As we neared the 30-day ***** on 5/22/24 I reached out to him but didn't get a response, I followed up on 5/28/28, still no response. I followed up via email on 5/28/24 and 5/30/24. No response.
