On December 3, 2022, I attended a CPR class. They told us that after the class, we would receive an AHA CPR card and that it would be sent via email. They told us to check our spam mail because the CPR cards sometimes go there. I checked my email and spam after class on Dec. 3 and there was no card. I also checked Dec 4th and there was no card in my email or spam. On Dec 5, 2022, I called the owners of the business at XXX-XXX-XXXX to ask about my CPR card. The female owner told me to check my email and spam. I informed them that I did and it was not there. Then, she said that she would reach out to the instructor who taught the class, named Rosetta ******* *****, to tell her to email me my CPR card. I waited a couple of hours but did not hear anything from either party so I called Rosetta on her cell phone and asked about my CPR card. Rosetta said that she was going to contact someone named Joshua (who was not present during the class) and tell him to send the CPR card. A few minutes after the call, she sent me a text saying that Joshua said that he was going to email the card that night (Dec 5th). I never received the card. I called the owner this morning (Dec 6th) and when I called, someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging up without saying anything (they know my cell number by now). I also attempted to call Rosetta but she will not answer the phone either. My CPR card is required for work. Taking the class and not receiving the card as proof that I received training is useless. It is as if I did not take the class at all. My employer mandates a card. If they don't send me a card, I will have to go somewhere else, invest more time and money on getting a CPR card. I feel scammed. This is poor service.
